Hall systems go!
Press reports today confirm that Martin Hall has signed a new one year contract.
This ends weeks of rumour and speculation - and means that we can finally breathe out here at rochdalehornets.com.
His first task has been to secure the signatures of both Paul Smith and hi-speed Casey Mayberry. Message board rumours also suggest that Hornets are close to signing half back Ian Watson and prop Paul Southern from Salford (who replace the Midgets as fallen, full-time, parachute payment pariahs). We'll have confirmation on these signings as soon as we can.
Other good news is that try-machine Marlon Billy is rapidly approaching full fitness after a year out with a cruciate ligament injury.
