And the lads will need every bit of lift we can give them. Put simply, if we are to maintain any sort of challenge for 4th, we need to win every game we have left. But Doncaster will be thinking much the same thing.

One point ahead of Hornets in 5th, the Dragons will also have Halifax in their sights and Sunday's game could make the difference for both clubs.

A win for Hornets would give Bobbie Goulding's side a slender, but crucial one point advantage that we'd have to maintain by winning our last two home games against Hull KR and Whitehaven.

A win for Doncaster would give them a three point cushion and leave Hornets looking over our shoulder at Oldham who have Batley and Barrow at home to come and a four point gap to close.

Indeed, with mid-table so tight we seem to have lots of 'crucial games', but this one really does form the fulcrum of our season.

Win and we have a platform for launching a serious shot at the run-in. Lose and we're hanging on in the six.

Sunday's game is, fundamentally, the first of three consecutive 'cup finals' - and, as a club, we have to find it in ourselves to raise our game.

The support at some away games this season has been tremendous - Castleford, Featherstone and Halifax spring particularly to mind - and we should make every effort to make this Sunday a big one.

So let's dig deep and get stuck in. As it's the 'end of term' on the road, let's make it a bit of a party atmosphere - bring your singing voice to Doncaster and let's give the lads 100%.
