Hornets v Oldham
Neil Barraclough previews the weekend’s action
Rochdale boss Darren Abram has told his team not to write off the Roughyeds despite them propping up Group Four of the Northern Rail Cup.
Abram said: “There is a maximum of nine points available – Oldham aren’t down and out.
“This game is all about passion and pride. It will be an intense game and they’ll be coming to win.”
Craig Robinson and Andy Bailey have outside chances of playing for Rochdale.
Roughyeds’ coach Steve Deakin said: “I asked for a positive response after our failings against Swinton and anyone I got a great response (last week).
“We are close to being a very good team -- and we'll get better.
"As a coach you want to see your players operating with pride and passion and we had it in abundance last week."
Rest of the matches.
