Derek Brown has recently been in touch with this fantastic piece of memorabilia. Thanks Derek, It is one of the oldest pictures of Hornets that we have ever come across.

Derek goes onto explain "I have recently received a postcard picture, from a cousin in America, of the 1903/4 Rochdale Hornets 1st team. The picture is of a board stood on a desk and on it are individual named pictures of 19 players plus the secretary and manager"

"I have no idea why this picture ended up in America, I can only assume that one of the players is related to my cousin, but he doesn't know which one it is"
