Jan Harwood over at RochdaleOnline reports that “Rochdale Football Club has made a without prejudice bid to buy Rochdale Hornets' shares in Denehurst Park Limited, the Stadium Company that owns Rochdale Football Club. It is understood by the football club that Hornets will give the offer serious consideration”
