Here's Aussie Hornet James Freund proudly wearing his Hornets shirt at Birchgrove Oval for the celebration game for the centenary of RL in Australia. The first ever round of games were played at Birchgrove in 1908 and the NSW Cup sides Balmain and Wests recreated that first day's contest as part of the celebrations. Pity about the weather.
