2 mins: swift hands off the back of a Corcoran break put Campbell in at the corner.
Shortly afterwards Corcoran helped from the field with a suspected broken foot. Replaced by Farrimond - who had his best game in a Hornets shirt.
12 minutes: Break by Farrimond, quick pass by Brocklehurst Campbell in at the corner.
20 mins: Sinfield try struck off for a forward pass. All sets completed in the first quarter: Hornets playing good, expansive football.
35 minutes: York get lucky on the bounce of a bomb to score:on the back of four repeat sets: Hornets defence comes up with 2 try saving interceptions.
40 minutes: Ainscough's kick into the in-goal touched down by Sneyd.
Half time: 16-6: Hough and Ainscough had tormented the York defence with a great kicking game.
Second half: Hornets start at pace.
43 minutes: super- quick passing creates overlap for Brown to score by the flag.
46 minutes: York's dodgy full-back spills a simple kick: Robinson steams in from the scrum possession
54 minutes: Try of the match - Butterworth ghosting through from 40 metres; teasung the fullback before putting Ainscough under the black dot. York broken.
58 minutes: A carbon copy cross-field move sends Brown in at the corner: touch judge rules that the flag had been hit before the ball was grounded. He was, of course, wrong.
61 minutes: York grab a late consolation try.
69 minutes: Aussie Jono Muir blasts through the York defence on half way and out paces the cover to score a great individial try.
76 minutes: A Houghy chip behind the defence snaffled by Campbell: hat-trick!
78 minutes: Hornets rub-it in with a Sneyd penalty.
Darren Shaw said: "Now it's about consistency... we have to produce this sort of performance every game... It came off the back of good defence and it's a real credit to the players... I thought they were fantastic... They had a good attitude in training on Saturday after what's happened this week and they went out and proved that today."
