Swinton preview
Lions’ coach Paul Kidd believes last week’s win over Workington could help to kick-start Swinton’s season.
Kidd said: “There has been a lot of pressure on these young kids over the recent weeks and it shows that with a little more confidence that they can do it – we will have to keep building on that now.”Hornets’ boss Darren Shaw is likely to be without Wayne Corcoran (ankle) and Craig Robinson (knee), but David Best should come back into the squad after serving a his recent suspension.
Shaw said: “I’m familiar with some of Swinton’s players like Marlon Billy and Liam McGovern. Martin Moana is also very experienced. They’re a good outfit and we’ll have to have a look at how we feel we can break them down and get a result.”
